Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your BundleIQ plan:
- Navigate to Settings in the BundleIQ sidebar
- Click on Plan & Billing
- Select your desired plan (Growth or Pro)
- Click Upgrade
- Confirm the purchase through Shopify's checkout
Billing & Billing Cycle
Billing Frequency
Choose between monthly or annual billing:
- Monthly: Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime
- Annual: Save 20% with yearly billing
When You're Charged
- Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle
- All plans are billed through your Shopify store
- You'll see the charge on your Shopify bill
Cancellation
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
- Click "Cancel Plan"
- Confirm cancellation
You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
Downgrade
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing.
What happens to my data when I downgrade?
When downgrading, you keep all your historical data. However, features exclusive to your current plan will be disabled. You can still view historical data within the limits of your new plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
How does billing work?
BundleIQ bills through your Shopify store. Charges appear on your Shopify admin bill and are processed automatically each billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied with BundleIQ, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
