How Bundles are Detected

BundleIQ uses a 5-tier confidence system to automatically detect product bundles in your store:

Tip: Use higher confidence methods (native bundles or metafields) for the most accurate detection.

Each detected bundle has a confidence score indicating how reliably BundleIQ believes it's a real bundle:

Managing False Positives

If BundleIQ incorrectly identifies a product as a bundle:

  1. Go to the Bundles page
  2. Find the incorrectly flagged item
  3. Click "Edit" to view bundle details
  4. Click "Remove as Bundle" to exclude it from analysis

Viewing Bundles

The Bundles page shows all detected bundles with key information:

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) tracking enables accurate profitability analysis:

Setting Up COGS

  1. Navigate to Settings → COGS
  2. Click "Add Product Cost"
  3. Search for your product
  4. Enter the cost per unit
  5. Save the changes

Important: COGS is required for accurate profitability grades. Without COGS data, all bundles will show as "Unknown" profitability.
